TORONTO -- Don't mess with teen titan Justin Bieber and his fans, Canada's broadcast censor has told Toronto radio shock jock Dean Blundell.The Canadian Broadcast Standards Council (CBSC) told the CFNY-FM morning host that he wrongly sexualized children when he told a young girl that had praised Bieber to "save your energy for puberty or to fend off your dad tonight while you're sleeping."
